These terms cover Torah Trope, the optional monthly subscription in the Siddur Or Zarua app. The subscription unlocks only the trope trainer; the rest of the app is covered by the app purchase.
What the subscription includes
Torah Trope unlocks the trope trainer in the Torah reader: hearing any verse, aliyah or phrase sung in the trope system you choose; following each word as it is sung; learning every mark by name and sound; and choosing the trope system, pitch and tempo.
Price, trial and renewal
Torah Trope is sold through the App Store or Google Play, at the price the store shows you before you confirm. A new subscriber may get the free trial the store offers, once per store account. When the trial ends, the store charges the monthly price unless you cancel before then (on iPhone at least 24 hours before it ends). The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.
Cancelling
Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current month ends to avoid the next charge: on iPhone in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, on Android in Play Store > Payments and subscriptions. The trope trainer stays on until the end of the trial or of the month you paid for.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds for purchases made through the App Store, under its own policies. To ask Apple for one, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
For a purchase made through Google Play, you can ask Google Play for a refund on Google Play's refund page. You can also write to us about a Google Play order, through our Support page.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other consumer law that applies to you.
On Apple devices
On an Apple device, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: Apple's standard license agreement.
